The «Cycle Sort» is a mobile sorting belt with a rotating sorting table for 1 to 3 manual workers. It is suitable for sorting waste paper, light packaging, metals, industrial and construction waste. Whether positive or negative sorting, with only one worker it is possible to sort out up to eight middle- or small-format fractions.

Unloading
The sorting table can be moved easily with a skip loader and can be remounted within minutes. Optionally, the machine is also available with chain transport system.

Set up, Unfold, Connect.
The platforms are folded for transport and can be unfolded with a few hand movements. Connect the “Cycle Sort” to a 400 V / 16 A socket and is ready for operation.

Feeding
The Cycle Sort can be fed into the hopper using a forklift or a small wheel loader. The hopper places the material to be sorted on the conveyor belt. The feeding can be controlled by the hand sorter with the control panel.

Individualisation
The Cycle Sort can be equipped with various accessories:
• Rotary over-band magnet for FE separation
• Chain transport system
• Tent-roof for outdoor installation
• Central cone for direct feeding without hopper / conveyor belt
• Compact dust extractor for the extraction of fine dust
