Value added separating

We design and produce manual and fully automatic separating installations to process
mixed construction waste, paper, cardboard, foils, compost, PET-bottles, DSD-waste etc.

Disk screens and star screens
Disk screens and star screens for separating respectively sorting small parts < 40 mm

Technical data:
• Width of screen: from 1'000 up to 1'800 mm
• Length of screen 2'100 mm
• Motor: 2 x 1.50 kW

Rotary screens

Different sorting technologies allow waste to be a value added recyclable material.

With the rotary screens but also the complete technology and knowledge of HIDDING this can be realised.

Hidding developed and delivered worldwide separating installations.		  

 

All installations are produced for intensive use. They are designed for long-term use with high efficiency. They are operated on a very high safety standard with minimal down-times.

Besides complete sorting installations we also deliver individual parts such as:

Electronic separating systems


Electronic separating systems on the NIR-base and optical separating technology. For positive or negative separating of:

• PET-bottles
• paper and card board
• Tetra-packing material

• substitute fuels		  

 

Through output capacities:

Label separator / large fraction separator

The label- and large fraction separator sorts out not fixed labels and foil parts (shrink foil from six-packs, empty plastic bags, etc.) from mixed PET material.
A special air supported label separation system separates the dry and not-fixed labels out of the material stream of the PET-bottles. The wet labels stick on the drum and will be separated in this way out of the mixed PET-stream.

Magnetic and vortex separators

Magnetic and vortex separators to separate magnetic and non-magnetic material out of the material stream.

Wind shifting systems

Wind shifting systems separating fractions according to the particle size.

The proofed wind shifting systems of NIHOT, are worldwide mainly used in the waste sorting, paper and cardboard industry. They are famous for the excellent reputation and quality.

NIHOT grants excellent separation results. The installations convince by their steady construction and a long live expectancy.
