Press container type KPC and LPC

Borema Umwelttechnik AG offers press container systems convince by their steady, long live and high quality construction. They are designed to be operated at a maximum efficiency and at very low costs.

The press container systems KPC and LPC are very save in operation. They are very compact in construction (very short length). These presses are used for many applications. Due to the patented water recovery system, they are especially designed to process wet waste.

Advantages
The press ram is situated 300 mm higher than the container ground
  • water out of the pressed material cannot flow back into the press system
  • because of the high pressure force results an optimum compression per cm2
Water drain off channels installed in the press ram
  • water flows back  in the container (no frozen water in winter behind of the press ram)
Central locking of the back door
  • closing without problem and pressure free opening
  • watertight back door
Construction of container: conical with rounded pieces, thickness of steel 5 mm
  • dthe waste can be drained very easy, no stocking
  • long life time
The motor is placed in an oil-free, pull-out drawer, that is situated below the press ram
  • the electrical connections are protected against water
  • easy access for maintenance
  • safe operating and maximum disposition

  • Steady steel construction, inside prime coat, outside prime coated and coloured (RAL)
  • Ready to be operated with 1 hydraulic aggregate and 2 hydraulic cylinders
  • Press stamp with EPDM sliding control
  • Back door available as door or swing clap with central locking
  • Thickness of steel: ground, side panels, top and pieces each 5 mm
  • Operating board (left of right sided)
  • Socket CEE 5-poles
  • Lockable main switch
  • Emergency stop switch
  • Indication 80% full

Stationary presses type MSP / MSP-C

Borema Umwelttechnik AG offers stationary presses that are very save in operation, they convince by their steady, long live and high quality construction. They are designed to be operated at a maximum efficiency and at very low costs.

The stationary presses MSP and MSP-C convince by their very compact construction (very short length). They are equipped with a patented water recovery system. These presses can be used for many applications.
