Monoflap Press BOA Impress M series

Baling press with a vertical, quarter cylindrical with pre-pressing flap. The material in the filling shaft becomes pre-pressed, is a cutting the material largely dropped. The result is one up to 30% lower energy consumption in compared with cutting edge press at the same capacity as well as reduced wear and operating costs.
The baling press is equipped with automatic binding system and hydraulic pressing channel for the fully automatic production of heavy bales.

Doubleflap Press BOA Impress D series
Baling press with two vertical, dissimilar large in front of pressing flaps. The front, a smaller pre-pressing flap has a cutting knife, the back pre-pressing flap is lengthwise movably. Also bulky and long plastic parts have therefore to be processed optimally.
The material is pre-pressed in the filling shaft, is a cutting the material largely dropped. The result is one up to 30% lower energy consumption at the same capacity as well as reduced wear and operating costs.
